We would like to present you some important information which will help you to choose your holiday accommodation and at the same time to make a reservation.

Our wish was to find the most simplier  and faster way to book your accommodation, that is why we create a RESERVATION FORM. With our Reservation form we would like to informed you again about our action BOOK & WIN (a free boat trip «AQUAVISION» for all the Family) and of course if you make your reservation in time, it will be more easier for us to find you the most comfortable accommodation.

So, do not wait and book your accommodation soon as possible!
 

1. Choose your favourite accommodation (Hotel,  APP & BGW, private accommodation)...than fill out the reservation form - name of your favourite accommodation. If you are still not sure which holiday to choose, please watch again on our ACCOMMODATION LIST with all detailed descriptions, prices and reductions.

2. During your filling out  we will ask you some another important information: type of accomodation, holiday date, number of persons (adults and children-because of reduction), your telephone number, e- mail, payment options.

3. After filling out the reservation form, please check if all information are correct and send us per e-mail or fax...

4. After you send to us the reservation form we will answer you soon as possible. You will get an answer together with a complete invoice, more information and the type of payment. For all the other information, please contact us. To the  invoice will be added all  information about your reservation and you will be asked to pay an advance of 20%. The advance  amount can be settled per Bank Transfer or Credit Card. The Rest can be settled per Bank Transfer or Credit Card latests 10 days before arrival or on the same day of arrival in our touristic agency in Katoro.

5. Payment of the reservation

For payment from abroad (foreign-exchange account):
Remitter: First Name and Name of the holder of the reservation with home address
Receiver: A.D.S. d.o.o. M.Gupca 5, 52470 Umag, Croatia
Bank: Zagrebačka banka d.d., Paromlinska 2, Zagreb
Foreign-exchange account: SWIFT: ZABAHR2X, IBAN HR7523600002500410021
Subject: reservation number given to the guest at time of booking 

For payment in kunas within Croatia: 
Remitter: First Name and Name of the holder of the reservation with home address
Receiver: A.D.S. d.o.o. M.Gupca 5, 52470 Umag, Croatia
Bank: Zagrebačka banka d.d., Paromlinska 2, Zagreb
Bank account: 2360000-1101333671
Subject: reservation number given to the guest at time of booking
 

6. On your arrival day our «TourISTRA» Voucher allows you to get the Keys of your accomodation. This Voucher must be presented at the reception. We will send you the Voucher as soon as the complete Invoice has been settled Per Bank Transfer, Credit Card or when you will pay the rest in Cash in our touristic agency in Katoro.

7.CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION: In the case you want to cancell the reservation, we ask you to send us an e-mail or fax – CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION, latest 20 days before your arrival and than we send you the money back. General conditions of reservation
