The apartments with kitchen price refers to the daily rent price for a stay of at least 3 days (price for staying shorter than 3 days increase 20%), which includes: bed linen, electricity and water, kitchen appliances, cutlery, cleaning equipment, toilet paper (on arrival), change of bed linen (according to the category) and cleaning on departure.
